HOW RETURNS WORK WITH keoquely
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request to return an item. We will provide you with a returns form which must be completed and returned. Once our team review the returns request, subject to acceptance we will provide you with a returns authorisation number. Items cannot be accepted unless we have provided you with our returns address and a returns authorisation number.
Products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their unopened packaging. They must be accompanied by your original invoice. It makes our warehouse team very happy. Carefully pack the items in protective bubble wrap, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged from any amount refunded to you.
Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 21 days. Unfortunately we're unable to refund our original delivery costs and a handling charge of 20% will apply. If your order qualified for free delivery, a delivery cost will be charged in addition to the handling charge.

Occasionally things can go wrong and parcels get damaged by our lovely couriers. Please report the damage to our customer services team within 48 hours of receiving your items.
We will request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim. Authorisation must then be provided by us to return the damaged goods before we can release any credit or arrange any product(s) re-shipments.
Any orders returned to us because we were supplied insufficient address details are subject to a re-delivery charge.
You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning an item to request a Returns Form. If the item is returned without an authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please note that if the item has already been shipped from our warehouse a 20% handling charge will apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.
